THURSDAY:  Sunshine with Some Clouds After Noon.  Windy & Not as Cold with a High of 35-40.  Winds S 15-25

THU NIGHT:  Clouds Increasing.  Low 25-30.

FRIDAY:  Mostly Cloudy with Scattered Light Rain Developing, Mainly After Noon.  High Around 40.  Winds S/E 5-10.
