TUESDAY:  Clouds Giving Way to Some Sun.  Windy & Cold with a Few Scattered Snow Showers thru Early Afternoon.  High Around 40.  Winds W/NW 15-25

TUE NIGHT:  Clearing & Frigid.  Low 15-20.

WEDNESDAY:  Sunshine with Some Clouds After Noon.  A Cold High in the Mid 40s.  Winds SSE 5-15
