Their attorney says Frank and Janice Renn want to narrow their focus to the three other civil cases filed against Camm involving insurance money and their daughter's estate.
Camm's wife, Kim, and kids, Brad and Jill, were shot to death 14 years ago in their Georgetown home's garage.
Camm was acquitted of their murders last October during his third trial.
