A western Kentucky man facing charges connected to the death of Rodney "Bo" Hale will appear before a judge for the first time tomorrow in Hopkins County.

Craig Davenport had been scheduled for court this morning, but the clerk moved his hearing to Friday. Investigators charged Davenport with manslaughter and tampering with evidence last month.

Detectives say he and Bo Hale got into a fight the night Hale went missing in 2010. Hale's remains were found last July in Madisonville.

We'll be at tomorrow's hearing and let you know what happens tomorrow on Eyewitness News.
