Evansville Man Facing Charges after Driving SUV into House

A man faces felony charges after police say he drove his SUV into a house Monday night.
A man faces felony charges after police say he drove his SUV into a house Monday night.

Police say Donald Stroud was drunk when he crashed into the house on St. James Blvd. near Riverside Dr. Investigators say the vehicle was parked in the driveway.

Stroud got in, backed up into the street almost hitting a car, and rammed the SUV into the corner of the house. It caused some serious damage.

At the jail, police say Stroud failed field sobriety tests, and they discovered his driver's license is suspended.
