An expert looking over Indiana's ISTEP tests wants 1,400 test grades tossed out. That's after computer problems stalled tests for thousands of students across Indiana in May.
Richard Hill, an independent reviewer, says the impact is minimal on the overall scores for schools and districts, but some students' tests should still be invalidated.
Release of the ISTEP scores is planned for next week.
