A suspected drunk driving crash leaves five people injured in Daviess County, Indiana. This is what's left of a Ford F150 hit head-on by a man police say was driving drunk.

The driver of this vehicle, John McPhearson of Shoals, Indiana had to be taken to an Evansville hospital and is listed in critical condition. He was not the man suspected of driving while intoxicated.

The driver of the vehicle that hit him allegedly lost control on Highway 50 this morning while trying to pass a semi. 32-year-old Hsa Moo Thaw is now facing charges of driving under the influence. Police say he had a blood alcohol level of .21.

Four people in his vehicle were also hurt.
