The money FOP raises this year goes to Honor Guard. They're a group of officers that travel the state to attend fallen officers' funerals including those that have retired.
Sgt. Jason Cullum of the Evansville Police Department says it's a great way to recognize their service to the community.
"It's actually a little bit more for the family than it is for the officer," said Sgt. Cullum. "You are paying tribute, but when you see the family and how they appreciate the stuff that you're doing on that day or the days leading up to and officer's funeral, that's what it's about and having an opportunity to do that is a big deal for us."
The Fraternal Order of Police is in booth number 4, closest to Wabash Ave.
