Henderson County School Officials Respond to Hazing Allegations

School officials have released a statement regarding the police investigation into an alleged hazing incident in a facility on school property.

A follow-up to a story we brought you Monday night on Eyewitness News. Henderson Police looking into possible charges in what is an alleged indecent exposure case involving some students at Henderson County High School.


Danielle Crafton, Henderson County Schools' Public Information Officer, released a statement saying "Unacceptable horseplay took place at a Henderson County High School facility during baseball conditioning. Due to the fact the students are minors, Henderson County schools cannot provide specific information about the students. Henderson County schools has conducted a thorough investigation and is taking this matter serious. As a result of this incident, student expulsion hearings were scheduled for Thursday evening (December 12th, 20-13.)".
