A top aid for Indiana Governor Mike Pence is quitting her job over school grade fixing. Chief Lobbyist Heather Neal is leaving the Statehouse. That's after her e-mails when she worked as chief of staff for Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Bennett.

Her e-mails were among those obtained by the Associated Press, showing Bennett's efforts to change the letter grade for a charter school founded by a Republican donor. In one e-mail, Neal wrote these words on the charter school's "C" grade: "We cannot release until this is solved."
