Indiana House Holding Hearing Wednesday on Gay Marriage Ban

The proposed constitutional ban on gay marriage in Indiana will be heard by a different legislative committee tomorrow.

In a rare move, House Speaker Brian Bosma moved the measure, known as House Joint Resolution 3, to a different committee where it stands a better chance of passing.

A full hearing with testimony is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon in the House chambers.
