WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Department of Health and Human Services says the worst of the online glitches may be over for the government's health care website.

But that doesn't mean HealthCare.gov is ready for a clean bill of health. Officials say the website's debut two months ago was marred by hundreds of software bugs, inadequate equipment and inefficient management and that more work needs to be done.
