A federal judge in Utah rules the state's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. He says denying gay couples to get married, quote "perpetuates inequality."
This comes one day after New Mexico became the 17th state to accept same-sex marriage.
Indiana is currently considering adding a gay marriage ban to its state constitution. Several businesses and universities in the Hoosier State say they are against such a ban.
