A jury deciding if a southern Indiana man will be sentenced to death. All day, jurors have heard testimony about the mental state of William Clyde Gibson including repeated stays in rehab and a prison sentence he served.
Gibson was convicted after 12 minutes of deliberation Friday for the murder of a 75-year-old woman. She was found dismembered in Gibson's home in April of 2012.
He faces trial for two other murders and had confessed to all three.
