Kentucky State Police have arrested a man for a second time, after they say marijuana plants were found on his property.

Troopers say a helicopter spotted the plants in a garden behind 57-year-old Timothy Miles' home on Highway 42, just outside of Warsaw.

Troopers say they eventually found more than 40 plants in the garden, and under shrubs in front of the house.

Miles is now facing his second cultivation of marijuana charge.  The investigation is ongoing.
