A murder trial in southern Indiana now has a jury. The Perry County Clerk's Office tells us the jury is now seated, and the trial of Henry Whistle, Jr. is now underway.
He is accused of murdering 31-year-old Jamie Stowe. Whistle allegedly beat her to death in this mobile home in St. Croix, Indiana in July 2012.
Whistle was denied an insanity plea last August.
