The Henderson County Sheriff's Office tell Eyewitness News that 69-Year-Old Terry Clark of Corydon, Ky was killed when a train hit his semi-tractor trailer near Spottsville, Ky.
The accident happened at US Highway 60 and Crooked Road.
Deputies say Clark pulled into the entrance of Triple EEE Farms (the truck's owner) and, for unknown reasons, continued over the railroad tracks where the train then made contact with his trailer.
Sheriff deputies say Clark was ejected after impact. The trailer was then pushed to the next intersection nearly half a mile away.
