New Indiana Bill Aims to Help Families Avoid Foreclosure

State Representative Gail Riecken introduced House Bill 1235 in an effort to encourage families to save money and avoid home foreclosure.

The program would offer incentives through credit unions that would reward people who keep up with a savings account.

Riecken says she hopes the bill will get more people to put money aside.
