State Representative Judd McMillin of southeast Indiana travels the state talking about the law. He says the law benefits the individual and the community.
"You can't expect somebody to take care of themselves or take care of their own family," said McMillian, "if you don't give them the opportunity to get a job. When you give those people those opportunities to get back into the workforce and start raising the tax base for everybody, everybody wins. You win across the board.
Mcmillin calls it a "jobs bill." He says the sessions have been pretty popular around the state.
