Legal representation for each side of the debate started with opening arguments at North Park Library.
Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and Vanderburgh County Commissioner Marsha Abell both spoke in favor of the hotel. The forum was then opened to the public where a spirited debate began.
The majority of those in attendance spoke in favor of the hotel.
If you would like to participate in the final public meeting, it will be held on August 29th in the C.K. Newsome Center at 5:30p.m.
