Personal Chef Cheryl Mochau Shares Grape and Cheese Appetizer Perfect for Parties

Nutty Grape Appetizers serves 30
By: Cheryl Mochau

1/2 pound cluster of green grapes
1/2 pound cluster of red grapes
16 ounces pecans or almonds
12 ounces softened cream cheese
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
3-4 tablespoons half and half

Remove the grapes from the stems, wash and let dry in a single layer on a clean towel. Toast the nuts until fragrant and light brown. Chop the nuts fine, place in a large bowl, and set aside. Mix the cheeses and half and half in another bowl. Drop the grapes into the cheese mixture and carefully coat each of them (the cheese won’t stick if the grapes are wet). One by one drop the coated grapes into the chopped nuts, shake the bowl to coat the grapes. Remove each piece and place on a serving plate. Chill until serving time.
