Randolph Among Candidates for Daviess Co. Fiscal Court

Alma Randolph became the latest to announce her candidacy for a spot on the fiscal court.
With just less than a year until the 2014 elections, candidates are throwing their hats into the ring.

Among them is Alma Randolph, who announced her candidacy for Daviess County Fiscal Court this morning. Randolph seeking to fill the spot filled by Commissioner Jim Lambert, who's not running for re-election. Judge Executive Al Mattingly and Commissioners George Wathen and Charlie Castlen are also running for re-election to the fiscal court.

"I was an elected official in Beaver Dam as an city commissioner there and was elected at the age of 24," she says. "I have longed to return to the political arena."

Owenbsoro business owner Mike Koger is also running for Lambert's seat.
