Sandusky Files Appeal to Pennsylvania Supreme Court

Former Penn State Assistant Football Coach Jerry Sandusky files an appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Former Penn State Assistant Football Coach Jerry Sandusky files an appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. This comes after the state's superior court denied his appeal in October.

Sandusky was convicted last year of 45 counts related to the sexual abuse of young boys. He was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison.

The state supreme court is not required to hear his case, but Sandusky does have the right to ask them.
