The American Red Cross reports its had to cancel 75 blood drives across 12 states, and several donors canceled appointments because of the hazardous conditions.
The Red Cross is hoping to make up for that a blood drive tomorrow at Immanuel Baptist Temple Fellowship Hall in Henderson.
"The importance of this blood drive is more pronounce now than it has been in the past," said Patrick Conner. "It's always important on blood drive, but this one has some special significance."
The Red Cross hopes at least 80 people will donate tomorrow.
