Today, a former DNA analyst for the Indiana State Police testifies the tests on Camm's wife's fingernails did not show DNA evidence from Charles Boney. That testimony contradicts the defense attorney claims that Kim Camm struggled with Boney in the garage of their family's Georgetown home. Boney is serving prison time for the murders.
David Camm is accused of fatally shooting Kim and their two young children back in 2000. Today, the judge also ruled that the jury will be able to hear testimony about Kim's life insurance policies.
