Former Indiana Schools Superintendent Tony Bennett lands a new job.
Former Indiana Schools Superintendent Tony Bennett lands a new job. The spokesman for ACT says Bennett will help pitch a common core test to state education leaders.
Bennett resigned as Florida's chief of schools earlier this year. That's after the Associated Press published e-mails showing he altered Indiana's school grading formula to benefit a donor's charter school.
He goes before the State Ethics Commission next month to face charges of misusing state resources when campaigning for re-election.
