The company invested $430 million into the plant to get it ready for the new SUV, which you can also get as a Hybrid.
They're adding 600 jobs in the factor over the next year.
"When you look at this plant," said CEO Jim Lentz, "it has grown now to 4,600 employees. But it represents another 13,000 jobs outside this plant, so the plant is only one small part."
The vehicles will be sold here in the U.S. and as far away as Russia and Australia. The plant in Princeton also makes the Sequoia SUV and Sienna Minivan.
