A tip and traffic stop led to the arrest of a Haubstadt man on meth charges. Owensville's Town Marshall received a call Sunday afternoon that 32-year-old Matthew Fetcher was buying ingredients used to make methamphetamine at the dollar general store. Marshall Rodger Leister saw Fetcher driving over the center line and almost hit a sign. He was stopped and arrested on several charges, including operating while under the influence of drugs, possesion of precursors, and meth. Fetcher's being held in the Gibson County Jail.
