The sheriff's department got a call a little after midnight this morning about a suspicious truck behind the Buckskin Fire Department in the eastern part of the county.
Once deputies arrived, they say they caught 19-year-old Amber Reiner trying to run away. They determined she and another woman were breaking in.
They recovered two water meters, brass nozzles, and other scrap metal. All worth more than $1,100. Deputies later charged an alleged accomplice, 36-year-old Ruth Robling.
