The two year old child who swallowed a meth ingredient is now off life support.
Ohio County, KY officials say that means Frankee has improved enough she does not need the help of a machine.
She's being treated at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville.
Her mother, 20 year old Racheal Arroyo, went before a judge for the first time Friday morning.
Arroyo, her friend Jared McStoots, and his mother Loie McStoots were all in the courtroom.
Police say Frankee drank Liquid Fire at Loie McStoots' home last weekend.
Arroyo faces charges of controlled substance endangerment to a child and making meth.
McStoots and his mother are also charged with making meth.
Arroyo waived her right to a preliminary hearing and chose to proceed to a grand jury.
Jared McStoots' case will also proceed to grand jury.
Both are being held on $275,000 cash bond.
Detective Timothy Hatfield is the lead investigator in the case.
He says this is one of the most emotionally difficult cases he has seen in his time on the force.
Hatfield says he isn't sure when the grand jury will meet, but it will be soon.
