There's new information in a drive-by shooting in Evansville.

Evansville Police say this was yet another incident where the shooter was on a moped.  It happened just after 9:00 Sunday night in the 100 block of South Grand Avenue near Sycamore.

Police say a person inside the residence was shot in the foot and taken to hospital.  Officers determined about four or five shots were fired at the house and bullet casings were found on the ground outside.

A scooter was stopped a few minutes after the shooting several blocks south on Ravenswood drive.  Police say the passenger ran away, but officers did find a gun in the area.

Authorities are now investigating whether that weapon was used in the incident.
