USI Hosting Informational Session on Healthcare

They're hosting a free public informational session Thursday night.  A health administration professor will be on hand at North Park Library, discussing how you can compare costs and benefits, and how to sign up if you are uninsured.  The event starts at 6:00p.m.

There's also an opportunity for interested Kentucky residents to learn more about the Bluegrass state's affordable health care website called KYnect.

Leiutenant Governor Jerry Abramson will be in Owensboro, kicking off open enrollment on Thursday.  A news conference is scheduled to start at 1:00p.m. at the Green River District Health Department Office.
