Warrick Co. Towns Still at Odds over Sewer Service

Chandler and Newburgh are still in the middle of a fight over who can provide sewer service.
Chandler and Newburgh are still in the middle of a fight over who can provide sewer service. Chandler leaders say they requested a meeting with Newburgh to talk about the area along Bell Rd. where both communities offer sewer utility service.

One developer told Eyewitness News they wanted to connect with Chandler's sewer, and Newburgh sued claiming exclusive right to provide sewer lines.

Newburgh's town attorney says the case is pending with the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the town want the court to decide before they take any steps on the issue.
