TUESDAY:  Clearing Skies & Frigid.  High in the Mid Teens with a Wind Chill of 0 to 10.  Winds NNW 5-10

TUE NIGHT:  Mainly Clear & Frigid.  Low Around 5 with a Wind Chill of -5 to 5.

WEDNESDAY:  Mostly Sunny & Not as Cold.  High in the Mid 20s with a Wind Chill of 10 to 20.  Winds W/S 5-15
