The vote, originally scheduled for tonight, will now happen tomorrow because several senators haven't returned from holiday break due to weather-related flight delays.

Democrats hope to pass a $6.4 billion aid plan to out-of-work Americans whose jobless benefits expired last month. Republicans say the bill would hurt the economy and job creation.
