Webster County Deputy Arrested

Officials say James Workins was arrested Tuesday in McLean County on a domestic violence charge.
A Webster County Deputy finds himself on the other side of the law.

Officials say James Workins was arrested Tuesday in McLean County on a domestic violence charge.

McLean County authorities their suspects are kept in the Daviess County Jail, which is where Workins is being held without bond.

The Webster County Sheriff says Workins has been suspended without pay until further notice.

He's due in court September 3rd.
