After just two days, the murder trial of a Perry County man comes to an end.

Henry Whistle, Jr. pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the beating death of 31-year-old Jaime Stowe. Stowe was killed back in July 2012.

It's part of a plea deal that dropped the more serious charge of murder. Whistle was sentenced to 47 years in prison.
