Indiana State police are also working accidents. One of those is on I-64 near Lynnville. Troopers say the incident involved three vehicles, but there did not appear to be any injuries.
3:30a.m.---Conditions continue to worsen across the area. As of 3:30a.m., several accidents were being reported by Evansville Dispatch. A semi has slid off of Interstate 64 near the 18 mile marker. There is also a car off the road near Kratzville Road and Buena Vista. On Highway 41 North at Veterans Memorial Parkway, a Greyhound bus is stuck in the ice. And there is a car stuck in the 4600 block of Covert near Green River. The current forecast has the sleet changing to all snow in Evansville between 6-9a.m., and totals of up to 11 inches are not out of the question. Be careful out there if you have to head out.
