After a year-long hiatus from television news, working in economic development, Jessica has joined Eyewitness News as an evening Anchor.
Jessica moved to Evansville in January of 2020 to begin her broadcasting career as a Multimedia Journalist. During her three-year stint with the station, she covered a broad range of stories including the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the deadly December tornadoes and several nationally recognized stories. Jessica has a passion for storytelling, finding the truth in every story and helping give the voiceless – a voice. She looks forward to a long career with Eyewitness News and serving the Tri-State.
Her passion for the Tri-State doesn’t stop with delivering the news, she also enjoys helping local causes when she can. She serves on the advisory board of Foster Care In The U.S. and explores finding different volunteer opportunities yearly.
Jessica has also had the opportunity to explore several other large market television stations after receiving internships throughout college. She interned with the sports department at WOIO Cleveland 19 News and landed an internship with NBC6 in Miramar, Florida as a Multimedia Journalist. Jessica graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and specialties in English and Electronic Media.
She lives in Evansville with her fiance Tyler, their cat Loki and their dog Cooper – who look forward to calling the Tri-State home for years to come.
