Randall tries to take a simple approach to his job. That’s to look at every story from the fans’ point of view and to just have fun.
Randall has been covering sports in the Tri-State since 2006 and has been the Sports Director at Eyewitness News since 2015.
During his time in the Tri-State, Randall has fallen in love with the local high sports scene. His “pride and joy” is Home Team Friday (the area’s ONLY 30 minute high school football show).
Prior to arriving in Evansville, Randall spent 3 years at WBKO in Bowling Green, Kentucky where he was the weekend sports anchor. During his stay there, Randall was honored twice by the Kentucky Associated Press, winning a pair of 1st place awards for Best Sports Special . Randall is a proud graduate of Western Kentucky University and is a DIE-HARD Hilltopper football fan! In fact, Randall and his family have season tickets and you can find them tailgating and cheering on the Hilltoppers at every home game.
