HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Superintendent of Henderson County Schools recently received an exemplary status in an overall review from the Henderson County Board of Education, during a recent annual evaluation.
The Board of Education cited Marganna Stanley’s leadership strength and other reasons for the ranking.
“Because education and the needs of the district are constantly changing, the board and Mrs. Stanley consider this exemplary performance level a challenge to constantly improve the lives and education of Henderson County students.” said Lisa Baird, chairperson of the Board of Education.
Stanley has served as superintendent since July 2014.
““I am very fortunate to work with a Board of Education that is student-focused and to work daily with a high-quality leadership team and staff. I am proud to lead Henderson County Schools and will continue to be progressive towards our vision and expanding our horizons.“ said Stanley.
