Three Madisonville city employees recognized at statewide conference

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WEHT) – Three employees of the City of Madisonville were honored recently for their thorough training in accordance with the Kentucky League of City practices.

City Clerk Kim Blue, ABC Administrator Ron Hunt, and Humane Resources Director Melissa Phaup were among 155 city officials across Kentucky who were recognized for Achievement in City Governance.

They were honored at the City Officials Training Center Awards Program from September 24-27 in Covington.

The conference drew in nearly 500 officials and leaders from Kentucky.
