(WEHT) – You want your kids to be hydrated but what if the bottles they’re using are causing harm. Close to six million children’s water bottles are being recalled because they pose a choking hazard.
The recall involves Contigo kid’s cleanable water bottles and their replacement lids. The affected bottles have a black spout base and cover.
According to the Federal Consumer safety regulators, the spout can detach and potentially lead to a child choking.
Consumers are advised to stop using the bottles.
