Evansville man pleads guilty after being charged with car theft

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT)- An update on a two-state police chase that happened two summers ago.

Blake Ramsey 26, has pleaded guilty to charges related to him leading several local law enforcement agencies on a morning chase.

The chase started in Evansville in July of 2018. Ramsey went through two other cites which were Henderson, and Owensboro. He ended up in a Spencer County cornfield.

His plea calls for two and a half years in prison. A judge will sentence him next month.
