Four people were taken into custody on Friday in Beaver Dam, KY on drug charges.
Around 7 a.m., the Ohio County Sheriff’s Department, Kentucky State Police, and the Beaver Dam Police Department all executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Bald Knob Rd.
Information had been received by the Ohio County Sheriff’s Department concerning alleged stolen property being stored at this address.
During the search of the home, the stolen items were found in one of the property’s buildings. Those items were returned to the original owner.
However, authorities say they also seized approximately 162 grams of crystal meth, marijuana, $1,386 in cash, and drug paraphernalia.
Authorities identify those arrested as 61-year-old Johnny Maggard, 59-year-old Lonnie Maggard, 47-year-old Jonathan Whitmer, and 21-year-old Lacey Small.
Authorities say all four live at the address.
Johnny Maggard, Whitmer, and Small were all charged with trafficking a controlled substance and other drug charges.
Johnny and Lonnie Maggard were also charged with receiving stolen property.
Lonnie faces charges of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. No picture was available of Lonnie.
