Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies say they made a large drug bust following a three-month investigation.

After obtaining a warrant on Thursday, authorities searched the residence of 34-year-old Georgana Smith in the 100 block of Letcher Street.

During the search, authorities say they located Smith and 30-year-old Donavon Cassidy of Evansville.

They also say they found 55 grams of meth, 26 grams of cocaine, and an amount of Ecstasy pills and Loratabs. Authorities did not specify how much marijuana was found but Smith’s charges indicate it’s an amount between eight ounces and five lbs.

Detectives say they also found two loaded handguns, an M-4 assault rifle, a high-powered rifle with ammunition, a body armor vest, and around $4,000.

Smith faces charges of trafficking the drugs that authorities found. She is also charged with possessing a firearm with defaced serial numbers and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Authorities also arrested Cassidy on failure to appear warrants. Those warrants were for charges of drug possession and assault charges.
