After a rumor-filled week, Indiana has officially named Archie Miller as the new men’s basketball coach.

Miller, the former Dayton head coach, took the Flyers to four straight NCAA Tournaments for the first time in Dayton men’s basketball history, including a trip to the Elite Eight as an 11-seed in 2014.

Miller has led his team to back to back Atlantic 10 Championships and is the current Atlantic 10 and NABC District Coach of the Year.

In a press release from Indiana University, Miller said, “I am honored to be the head coach at Indiana University. IU is one of the greatest basketball programs and academic institutions in the country, and I cannot wait to get started.”

Miller will be formally announced as head coach at a press conference on Monday.
