Trial is set to begin on Monday in the case of 46-year-old Roy Bebout.
Bebout is charged with six felonies, including Kidnapping, Criminal Confinement and Attempted Rape.
Police say in October of 2018, Bebout approached a girl as she was walking to work.
They say Bebout had a gun, and placed the girl in handcuffs.
Authorities say she was able to escape when a METS bus driver saw her and called 911.
At the time of the alleged incident, Bebout was on parole for a previous Rape and Abduction conviction.
