Blue Bell Creameries is expanding its recall of products made at its Broken Arrow, Oklahoma plant.
It now includes banana pudding ice cream pints after they tested positive for listeria.
The company is already recalling seven other products made at the plant which tested positive for the same bacteria.
The company announced Friday it was temporarily closing the Broken Arrow plant as the FDA investigates.
In a news release, Blue Bell says healthy people may suffer short-term symptoms like high fever, severe headache, nausea, and abdominal pain.
However, an infection in pregnant women can cause miscarriages and stillbirths.
The company recommends customers discard the affected products or return them to the store for a refund.
