Boil advisory issued for part of Warrick County

JASPER, Ind. (WEHT) — A boil advisory is now in effect for some residents in Warrick County. The advisory has been put into place for the Folsomville area west of State Road 161, from Lincoln Trail to Ellis Road.

This is a precautionary measure recommended after the water department experienced a drinking water problem within the area. It is advised that all cooking and drinking water be boiled for five minutes then let cool before consumption. Water officials are asking people in the area to conserve water and only need what is necessary for household and personal needs.
